Old Man / A Case Of You

Two covers recorded just before the Covid-19 lockdown in Edinburgh, 2020.

Johnny and I had been jamming in my flat with an aim to start playing in pubs around the city. For both songs we started by tracking the guitar and banjo simultaneously and built from there. Johnny was playing an old Yamaha acoustic we found in a charity shop. After a little love and dusting it was playing wonderfully. For A Case Of You I tuned my banjo like a dulcimer to emulate Joni's unique sound.
